Collection: Opals

Do you love, Love, LOVE opals?  We do, for sure.  When we were doing craft shows on a the road, we always had one entire display case dedicated to just opals!  No other gem got that much real estate in our display.  Fortunately, Cole has been collecting gem quality opals for many, many years and has quite a supply of beautiful stones from Australia, Mexico, Peru and Ethiopia.   All of the opals he works with are solid, there is never, ever any glue, epoxy or plastic.  The only opal jewelry you will find with his trademark will be made from solid, gem quality stones.  That means it's okay to shower or swim with these treasures.  You can do dishes with them on.  But one thing you don't want to do is garden with opal rings on your fingers.  Soil has the ability to scratch and dull the surface of opals, so take off your rings and tuck them someplace safe until you are done playing in the dirt.  Then, put your rings back on and feel like a million bucks.
